VIP Fast Track or Expedite Service for International Arrivals and Departures at Airport, Vietnam Airports
We provide VIP fast tracked services in Ho Chi Minh (Saigon) SGN, Da Nang DAD, and Hanoi HAN airport.
Arrival Service
We meet Passengers at the visa on arrival area (at the end of the secure corridor and passge-way which all passengers must walk down) . We assist Passengers to complete their paperwork (health, visa etc) and then we can fast track them through immigration passport stamping using the Diplomatic, Crew or the fastest line available. We will arrange for a trolley for the Passengers to load and move their luggage. The airport assistants are officials and they will not assist lifting, collecting or carrying bags. Porters are available if needed.
Departure Service
The normal start time for the meet & assist departure service is two (2) hours before the flight’s scheduled time of departure (STD). If we have the local phone number of the driver or someone in the car, we will coordinate the kerbside meeting place and time. If we do not have the driver’s number we will need the Passengers at the airline check in counter. We will arrange for a trolley for the Passengers to load and move their luggage to check in, but the airport assistants are officials and they will not assist lifting, collecting or carrying bags. Porters are available if needed. We then assist Passengers with the check-in and boarding pass formalities. We lead Passengers through Customs & departure Immigration clearance. We escort Passengers to their airline/member lounge or to their boarding gate, which is the end of the departure service. Lounge use is not included.
Connecting Flights
We meet Passengers at the visa on arrival area (at the end of the secure corridor and passge-way which all passengers must walk down) . We assist Guests to complete their paperwork (health, visa etc as required) and then we can fast track them through any immigration passport stamping using the Diplomatic, Crew or the fastest line available at the time. We arrange for a trolley for the Guests to load and move their luggage.
The airport assistants are officials and they will not assist lifting, collecting or carrying bags. Porters are available if needed. We assist the Guests to locate their next check in and through the departure check in, security and/or any immigration or border control process as required, and finally we direct the Guests to their airport/member lounge or to their departure gate. (for HAN airport, the airline will offer free bus from T1 to T2 or vice versa.
There are also option of free shuttle bus, operate every 15mins. For SGN airport, there is a internal way to go between 2 terminals, no bus, no car, walking only. It is about 800 meters only.)
Visas
We will need to know about entry Visas: specifically if
- the passengers have a visa already stamped in their passport.
- the passengers have an e-visa.
- the passengers don’t need a visa.
- the passengers will get a “visa on arrival” in which case we need a copy of their VOA “Letter Of Approval.”
It is very important that your “Letter of Approval” is exactly correct, and the data on it exactly matches the data of your passport.
When you arrive in Vietnam, based on the letter of approval, the immigration officer will stamp a visa into your passport: you may be asked to pay the Visa on Arrival stamping fee. If you are using the Visa on Arrival option you should carefully choose a reputable visa agency to arrange and issue the Letter of Approval.

Ho Chi Minh (Saigon) SGN VIP Lounge (for 3 hours stay)
Domestic VIP Lounge - cost is USD 99 / person
International VIP Lounge - cost is USD 99 / person
Overnight Add On
If the service involves arriving or departing on a flight scheduled to leave/arrive between 18:00pm and 06:00am then there is an additional USD 15 per person added.
Porters
Our airport assistants are officials, and they are not allowed to lift or move bags. But, if assistance with bags is needed then our airport assistant will act as a porter and help to remove 2 -3 bags. At the Customs Inspection point, all passengers are required by local customs regulations to push their own trolley past the customs officers. After the customs check the Porter will continue their assistance.
The cost for assisting bags (2 - 3 bags) is USD 45
Lounge Before Departure
It may be possible to arrange access to and use of an executive level lounge before departure. Please ask for details
Airport Transfer
Airport Transfers are available to those passengers taking a VIP meet and Assist service. English speaking drivers are supplied for premium vehicles. Guideline rates are below; exact rates depend on the location and the time of day. Please consider the number and size of bags to be carried before choosing the vehicle type.

• Other Luxury and Premium Cars (e.g. Lincoln, S Class) are available on request. Night Time add on: please add USD 35 is the service is between 19:00pm and 06:59am.
Payment Processing Fee
A 5.5% payment processing fee will be added to the final charge and invoice
Note: Unexpected Passengers will not be served
We are required to obtain approval in advance for each passenger who will use the service, and so unexpected passengers will not be served.
