VIP Services – terms and conditions:
Bucharest Henri Coandă International Airport has three VIP lounges which can be accessed by passengers traveling both on international and domestic flights.
VIP lounges are open 24/7.
Upon departure: Meet and greet of the passengers at the check-in area; assistance for the
security and border formalities; VIP lounge access; catering; priority boarding; private car to/from the aircraft, if needed.
Upon arrival: Meet and greet of the passengers at the aircraft; private car to/from the aircraft,
if needed; assistance for the border formalities.
VIP lounge facilities:
The VIP International Departures Lounge is located close to the boarding gates and has the following facilities: smoking area, private Wi-Fi, national and international television channels, flight status info monitors and a wide range of refreshments, coffee, sweets and snacks.
The VIP Domestic Departures Lounge is located close to the domestic boarding gates providing: Wi-Fi, national and international television channels, flight status info monitors, a wide range of refreshments, coffee, sweets and snacks.
The Official Lounge, having an exclusive regime, is located within a restricted area of the airport and has two VIP lounges, making it the perfect option for activities which involve a large number of people.
The building has its own security control system, the possibility to perform check-in and border formalities, private car transport.
The Lounge offers private Wi-Fi, national and international television channels, catering (extra charge) and its own parking area with a maximum capacity of 30 vehicles, free of charge.
The lounges are equipped with specific facilities for persons with reduced mobility.
