Please Note: Currently, we provide service domestically at BOS, BWI, CLE, CLT, DCA, DFW, EWR, FLL, IAD, IAH, LGA, MSY, ORD, and TPA. Our greeters have government IDs that allow them to escort the pax through security to the gate for departures; for arrivals, the greeters meet the clients at the gate and escort them to their pre-arranged transportation or a connecting flight.
Our greeters have customs access at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport and Boston Logan Airport. They can meet the clients as they deplane and escort them through customs/immigrat.
At all other airports in which we provide service, due to US Customs and Border Patrol regulations, our international arrival service begins after the pax has cleared US customs.
However, our greeters request airline assistance or attempt to find a porter to meet the client at the baggage carousel, but neither can be guaranteed. The meeting location for international arrivals into the US is in the arrivals hall outside of customs/immigration. Please ensure your client is aware of this process.
Regarding connecting flights, the greeter meets the pax upon disembarkation and is assisted to the connecting flight and the greeter will remain until the pax has departed.
Service begins at SpotTime, one hour before the client’s arrival. Additional fees will apply if the service exceeds three hours or there are more than four pax.
