Cancellation Policy for Airport and Car Services
At Platinum Aviation / Platinum Airport VIP Ltd, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly. To accommodate our clients while maintaining the highest quality of service, we have outlined the following cancellation policies:
Airport Services
Cancellation Outside of 48/72 Hours:
- USA Airports: Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled service time will be eligible for a full refund.
- All Other Locations: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service time will be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellation Within 48/72 Hours:
- USA Airports: Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled service time will not be eligible for a refund. The full cost of the service will be charged.
- All Other Locations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service time will not be eligible for a refund. The full cost of the service will be charged.
Flight Delays or Cancellations:
- If a passenger’s flight is delayed or canceled, and as a result, the passenger cannot utilize the service, this will be considered a “No-Show,” and the service will not be refundable. The full cost of the service will be charged.
Passport Control or Border Control Issues:
- If a passenger faces issues with passport control or border control and is not allowed entry into the country, the service will automatically be terminated, and the passenger will be charged in full. The service will be non-refundable under these circumstances.
- If a passenger is found to be carrying items not allowed to be brought into the country and border control stops them, the service will automatically end, and the passenger will be charged in full. The service will be non-refundable in such cases.
Car Services
Cancellation Outside of 24 Hours:
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled car service will be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellation Within 24 Hours:
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled car service will not be eligible for a refund. The full cost of the car service will be charged.
General Cancellation Policy
All reservations involving VIP Services are subject to strict coordination with airport authorities and require advance security clearances. All confirmed reservations are subject to the following cancellation terms:
• Cancellations made 72 hours or more prior to the scheduled service time will be subject to a 25% administrative fee, deducted from the total amount paid.
• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled service time are non-refundable, and the full service fee will be charged.
These conditions reflect the operational commitments and regulatory procedures initiated upon booking. We appreciate your understanding.
Greeter Contact Policy
For all airport services, communication must be made strictly through Platinum Aviation via our official contact numbers:

Platinum Aviation does not share greeter contact details in advance and reserves the right to withhold or disclose this information at its sole discretion. Greeters may only be contacted up to 1 hour before an arrival service and up to 2 hours before a departure service, and only through details officially released by Platinum Aviation.
Any client or booking party who attempts to contact the greeter directly — bypassing Platinum Aviation — will be considered in violation of company policy. In such cases, Platinum Aviation reserves the right to cancel the service without refund.
Refund Process
If a service is eligible for a refund, the payment will be processed automatically, and the refund will be issued within a few business days to the original payment method.
Flight Delay & Waiting Time Policy
Our VIP Meet & Greet services are scheduled strictly according to the original flight arrival time and the agreed meeting time.
Please review the following terms:
- We are not responsible for delays caused by airlines or flight schedule changes.
- Service includes up to 2 hours of coverage from the originally scheduled arrival or pickup time.
- If the flight is delayed, and no real-time updates are provided, the service will be treated as a no-show, and the full service fee will still apply.
- Any extended waiting time beyond the 2-hour window will incur additional charges, and continuation of service is subject to staff availability.
- We cannot ensure the same greeter or team remains available beyond the original slot. Any last-minute rescheduling will also include coordination fees.
No exceptions will be made in the case of airline-related delays.
Agreement Confirmation
By completing the payment via the provided payment link, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy. No signature or stamp is required for validity. All orders or invoices sent by Platinum Aviation / Platinum Airport VIP Ltd are considered valid without a signature or stamp. Once a customer completes the payment, they confirm their acceptance of the service and the conditions stated in the order.
No-Show Policy
If a passenger does not arrive at the agreed-upon meeting time for an airport or car service, the service will be canceled, and no refund will be issued. The full cost of the service will be charged. Platinum Aviation / Platinum Airport VIP Ltd will not be held responsible for the non-provision of the service in such cases.
Last-Minute Bookings (Under 24 Hours)
Clients who wish to request a last-minute service within 24 hours of the scheduled time may do so only through our official helpline. A 25% surcharge will be applied to the total service cost for such bookings, and confirmation is subject to availability.
Third-Party Bookings
If a third party books a service on behalf of the customer, the agreement is still binding. Cancellations are subject to the same policies:
- No cancellations within 72 hours for USA airport services.
- No cancellations within 48 hours for all other locations.
- No cancellations within 24 hours for car services.
Service Quality Complaints and Refunds
While we strive to provide the highest quality of service, refunds due to subjective complaints regarding service quality will not be entertained. Any additional services, such as birthday gifts or surprises, must be communicated in advance to avoid misunderstandings.
Passport Control Issues
Delays or issues at passport control or immigration are beyond our control. Refunds will not be issued in such circumstances. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all travel documentation (passport, visa, etc.) is valid and up-to-date.

Access to fast track immigration and security is subject to change at any moment based on the decisions of airport authorities and security agencies.
However, our team is committed to minimizing waiting times and ensuring a smooth, expedited experience for the passenger wherever possible.
