ARRIVAL Meet & Greet

Passenger is met at the aircraft door (where applicable), gate or top of the bridge with meet signage.
Passenger is fast tracked through immigration/passport control/customs.
Our greeter will assist the passengers with their luggage (if required) and escort them to the arrivals hall (if transportation is booked, prior contact with passengers’ driver is made in order to ensure they are waiting at the arrivals hall).

Our greeter meets the passengers at a designated time and location at the departures level already arranged prior the service with their driver.
Passengers are then assisted with their luggage (if required) and check in procedure, then fast tracked through security and passport control.
Passenger is then escorted to the boarding gate or lounge (if pre- booked or if passenger is already entitled to it according to their airline benefits).

If luggage needs to be collected, we escort passengers to the belts and then to the departures hall in order to re-check in if necessary.
We then fast track through security, customs and passport control.
Passenger is then escorted to the boarding gate or lounge (if pre-booked or if passenger is already entitled to it according to their airline benefits).

If requested, we can book access to the Departure Lounge, providing additional comfort and privacy before the flight (subject to availability).

Tarmac Service is subject to the aircraft’s final parking position. If the aircraft is assigned to a Boarding Bridge Instead of the Runway, the Tarmac Service cannot be provided. As the Tarmac vehicle and dedicated staff have already been assigned and are waiting for the aircraft, the service remains 100% chargeable and non-refundable.
Chauffeur-driven cars or luxury vehicles can be arranged to and from the airport ensuring a comfortable and upscale experience to the passenger.
According to the number of passengers, we can offer mini vans, mini buses and sedans.
