Personal airport assistance: meet & greet, guidance through security/immigration where available, porter help, and coordination with your driver or lounge access (subject to operator rules and capacity).

Book via our website, email, WhatsApp, or authorized agents. A booking is confirmed once we issue your Service Order and you complete payment via our secure link (no signature/stamp required).

For best availability: USA airports—≥72 hours, other airports—≥48 hours, car services—≥24 hours. Under 24 hours is considered last-minute and requires our helpline plus a 25% surcharge (subject to availability).

  • USA airports: Cancel ≥72h before service to be eligible for refund; <72h is non-refundable (100% charge).
  • Other airports: Cancel ≥48h before service to be eligible for refund; <48h is non-refundable.
  • VIP general rule: Cancellations ≥72h may incur a 25% administrative fee deducted from any eligible refund.

If you can’t use the service due to airline delays/cancellations, it may be treated as a No-Show and is non-refundable. Service coverage includes up to 2 hours from the original time; extra waiting is chargeable and subject to staff availability.

No. All contact must go through Platinum Aviation. Greeter details may be released at our discretion up to 1 hour (arrivals) or 2 hours (departures) before service. Bypassing us can lead to cancellation without refund.

Pay via the secure link with major cards. Prices may be shown in USD/GBP/ILS; bank/processor/FX fees are the client’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.
