Our representative will expedite your experience at immigration, check-in, and security lines. We escort you through fast track or private processing, coordinate with your airport transfer provider, and keep local taxi and baggage handlers at bay. Our representatives can also help resolve unexpected issues with immigration, customs, excess baggage, flight transfers, and ground transportation.

Our rates vary by destination. During booking, we’ll provide a specific quote. Payment is made online via a secure connection using your credit card, in the currency of your choice.

Your confirmation email includes local and international support numbers. Alternatively, use the international contact numbers on our CONTACT US page.

Absolutely! Our service is available for all guests, regardless of how you booked your flights. Simply forward your flight itinerary and credit card information to us, and we’ll send a confirmation once we’ve received everything.

 

Book our services at least 48 hours in advance to ensure we can line up your greeters and provide white-glove service.

 

If you cancel within 24 hours for U.S. travel or 48 hours for international travel, you will be charged in full, as we will have already arranged your service.

 

You can pay with any major credit card. Charges are processed only after all services are completed.

Tipping is not expected, but if you receive exceptional service, feel free to tip at your discretion. Please send us an email to commend outstanding service.
